Harmony in Health-teamet ønsker å hjelpe på denne krisetiden. Vi er inspirert av ideene til Harmony og tror at de kan hjelpe folk å navigere seg tilbake til helse.
Så hva kan vi tilby?
For det første er det vi ikke kan tilby spesifikke råd - det er rollen som fastlegen eller konsulenten din.
Det er så mange ukjente om denne nye tilstanden, men mye er kjent om:

hvordan balansen mellom sinn, kropp og følelser påvirker helsetilstanden vår
måter å gjenopprette balansen i organismen, med kunnskap fra medisinske tradisjoner som måtte håndtere mange sykdommer - inkludert pest og pest - uten antibiotika, steroider eller kirurgi
sinn / kroppsdisipliner fra øst og vest som alltid har søkt å integrere i stedet for å skille seg ut

Vi vet ikke om de vil fungere, men de vil ikke skade, og vi kan lære sammen om hva som er nyttig. Tidlig tilbakemelding er imidlertid veldig positiv.

"Jeg har hatt mange pusteproblemer ...
Jeg likte pusteøktene - veldig interessant. Husk spesielt å fokusere på utbruddet ...
Jeg skjønte ikke hvilken effekt dette kunne ha. "
"Jeg har konsentrert meg om å tillate den naturlige pusten etter pusteøkten. Pusten min, stemmen min, alt har forbedret seg betydelig den siste uken - bare fra det lille utdraget."

Vi vet at mange mennesker sliter med å miste luktesansen, og tilbakemeldingene våre forteller oss at noen ble hjulpet av forslag fra aromaterapeuten vår.
"Aromaterapi-samtalen var veldig nyttig for meg - jeg har en ganske utfordring med luktesans og smak fremdeles - den har knapt kommet tilbake."
"Jeg tok kurset på at jeg fremdeles kan glede meg over luktesansen selv om det er begrenset. Jeg løper fingrene gjennom potter med urter og ser tilbake på positive minner - dette er helbredende."
"Jeg kan stimulere til en positiv respons - det er veldig interessant. Det virker veldig nydelig på meg."
Et annet populært element er serien vår om ernæring.
"Den ayurvediske innspill til ernæring er et annet veldig nyttig element ...
Jeg lager mat med flere krydder nå ... og mer varmende mat "
"Jeg er en naturlig Vata (type) - lang Covid var et sjokk for de som pleide å løpe rundt! En ting jeg har innsett er at jeg har lært å lytte til kroppen min - begynte å intuitivt gjøre de tingene som har vært diskutert som gunstig ... "
"Så langt som ernæring - mer innspill fra den vanlige kliniske verdenen som bekrefter det vi lærer på kurset - som er veldig spennende - åpner det en vei for folk å virkelig ha nytte av."
Vi kjører ti hver-timers workshops fra slutten av mars til midten av august 2021, med vanlige moduler om sinn og kropp, ernæring og gjestespesialister for å dele sin kunnskap om en rekke forskjellige, men relaterte emner.
